Customer Service Representative Woodworking and Stone

The Customer Service Representative, Woodworking & Stone will be responsible for the following:
  • Calling all Active Customers at least twice per year
  • Calling All Customers on SMA at least once per quarter
  • Selling Services & Training against an assigned monthly Quota
  • Working with an outside dealer Partner
  • Creating an assigned number of Opportunities for dealer partner each month
  • Spending at least 20% of their monthly time prospecting for their assigned dealer partner
  • Making a minimum of 15 calls per day
  • Responsible for any other tasks assigned by their manager to target specific areas that grow the business
Offering a range of CNC simulation software, factory automation solutions and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD CAM) packages specified for different production methods, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence’s production software solutions help manufacturers produce parts right first time.
