Business Applications Analyst

   Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence, division is seeking a Business Applications Analyst on a remote basis.  The ideal candidate will be in the Eastern Time Zone.

Description:  
The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible for business applications and process support within the Global IT Service Applications team. The Business Systems Process specialist will work closely with global business users, key business stakeholders, and other IT teams to collaborate on project deployments, testing, support, system deployment.

Responsibilities:   
  • Support the business Application users
  • Become SME on end-to-end business processes as they relate to the IT Business Applications
  • Participate in IT Business application change management process including identifying enhancement opportunities
  • Support the IT Business teams in design and testing of business system development
  • Work across multiple business applications to provide support and analyse including but not limited to ERP, Integration, AFM applications
  • Collaborate across multiple IT Business Application teams
  • Ability to extract, analyse, and transform business data into structured
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Member of global business application deployment projects
Qualifications:   
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a globally dispersed team
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise database systems a plus
  • Salesforce.com experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestic and globally
