Tasks in detail:
  • Vous assistez l’équipe sur les différentes initiatives d'amélioration continue en production.
  • Participer à la démarche d'amélioration des processus de bout en bout:
  • Modéliser les processus.
  • Organiser et suivre des chantiers Kaizen
  • Préparer/participer à l'animation des ateliers de brainstorming sur l’amélioration continue.
  • Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de mesure pour suivre l'efficacité des actions  mises en place.
  • Elaborer et mettre en place des actions d’amélioration continue
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation des outils de reporting/de suivi globaux du pôle amélioration continue et à l'optimisation des supports de communication (indicateurs,…).
  • Participer à la mise en place d’un projet de peinture automatisée.
  • Contribuer à la revue et à l'optimisation des outils/méthodes d’améliorations continues utilisées, être force de proposition et intégrer les changements à mettre en place.


Your Profile:
 
  • Vous êtes étudiant(e) de niveau Bachelor ou Master avec une spécialisation dans le domaine de l'amélioration continue ou équivalent
  • Vous recherchez un stage entre 4 et 6 mois.
  • Vous avez des connaissances sur les méthodes et outils liés à l'amélioration continue tels que PDCA, 7M, 5S, Just in Time, Kaizen, Lean Management…
  • Vous êtes rigoureux (se), autonome et vous avez une bonne aisance rédactionnelle ainsi qu'un bon esprit de synthèse.
  • Vous allez de l’avant et êtes force de proposition.
