Notre département Finance est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Operation Controller, reportant au Head of Finance, qui aura pour principale mission de gérer et d’optimiser le contrôle de gestion industriel de notre site de production et sa supply-chain, tant au niveau du suivi du contrôle des coûts et des inventaires, que du support financier au différents responsables de département. Vous aurez l’opportunité de développer vos idées et de vous développer personnellement, notamment en participant activement à la mise en place d’un nouvel ERP.

Le/la titulaire de ce poste sera principalement chargé(e) des tâches suivantes :
  • Gestion des coûts standards et des taux horaires et des prix de revient
  • Analyse et réconciliation des écarts de prix, techniques, d’absorption ou d’inventaires
  • Clôture mensuelle et réconciliation entre la comptabilité industrielle et générale
  • Maintien et développement d’analyse et de tableaux de bords
  • Analyse et optimisation des inventaires, valorisation des en-cours, contrôle d’obsolescence et calcul des provisions
  • Organisation des prises d’inventaires et analyse des écarts
  • Support et suivi des investissements du site de production
  • Support et conseil financiers aux différents responsables de département (production, assemblage, usinage, logistique, achats, qualité et immeuble

Votre profil :
  • Brevet en Finance & Controlling ou équivalent avec une expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire en milieu industriel
  • Très bonne compréhension des processus logistiques et industriels et des méthodes de calcul de coûts
  • Parfaite maitrise de la comptabilité financière et analytique
  • De langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances d’anglais parlé et écrit
  • Excellente maitrise des outils informatiques, Excel, ERP AS400, comptabilité analytique, analyse et de reporting
  • Esprit structuré et analytique comprenant le détail mais sachant synthétiser et simplifier pour aller à l’essentiel et communiquer dans un milieu industriel,
  • Vue d’ensemble et compréhension des processus, créativité, sens des priorités, esprit d’initiative et autonomie…
