Short description:

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive the sales of our Q-DAS product portfolio in Germany. Q-DAS is a leading provider of software and services for quality assurance in industrial production.

As Sales Account Manager, you will attract new customer accounts through prospecting semi and cold calling campaigns, retain existing customers, ensuring a high licence renewal rate and looking for cross selling opportunities.

The role is highly focused on Germany, but you will be supporting the whole DACH region. You will be working from our office in Weinheim. After the first 6 months (approximately) learning about our products, you will start visiting our customers in their installations. You can then expect to work hybrid, part of the week from home, part of the week visiting customers.

Tasks in detail:
  • Contacting existing customers for feedback, upselling and licence renewals.
  • Identifying new customers and penetrating new market segments / industries.
  • Advising customers and designing solutions based on our software products, e.g. product demos.
  • Supervising our international partner network for sales, comprised of both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Collecting feedback from the market/customers, identifying needs and collaborating internally to come up with ever-better solutions for our customers.
  • Creating offers and follow up on existing offers made by Sales Engineers.
  • Presence on Trade fair shows (2 to 3 per year).
  • 3+ years of experience selling software products/SAAS with a successful track record.
  • Great communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to travel around 50% of the time, mainly with Germany, with occasional travel to the rest of the DACH region.
  • Independent way of working and a sales-oriented way of thinking.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Enjoys sales!
