Application Engineer CAD/CAM

Service Application, Spain

As a CAD/CAM application engineer, you will support our sales opportunities during pre-sales activities and benchmarks. You will be also the main contact for technical questions and post- sales support/training. Some of the position responsibilities include:

Post-Sales

  • Consulting and software implementation services.
  • Training and technical support.
  • Developing post-processor programs to assist in our customer´s machining processes.
  • Manage and increase customers maintenance contracts
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers, prospects, resellers.


Pre-Sales

  • Software product demonstrations
  • Technical support during a pre-sales activities
  • Contribute and take ownership in commercial offers preparation together with the Sales team as well as participate when necessary in pre-sales process.
  • Constant communication with international support team to be up to date and also to get right support for your customers.


Requirements:

  • Strong technical education with minimum 2 years of experience in CAD/CAM software;
  • Experience in machine tool and production – good knowledge in manufacturing and processes;
  • Post processing experience;
  • Solution focused approach and customer oriented;
  • Good level of English;
  • A demonstrated strength in organizational and multi-tasking skills is required;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
