Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Solutions.  This is a remote position, the ideal candidate will have the ability to travel up to 50%.

Description:
The Vice President of Enterprise Solutions will be responsible for the hiring and development of a winning Enterprise Solutions team.  This would include Application Engineering, Solution Architects, Services, Support, Marketing, and all the key elements of running a newly established P&L for the North and Central America’s region.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the envisioning of new solutions in the Smart Manufacturing space along with continuing to expand our current successful efforts in the Manufacturing Automation segment
  • Lead critical strategy, development, and growth of the enterprise segment within the Hexagon MI portfolio, driving both new customer acquisition and growth of existing customers.
  • Deep experience in working at the C-suite level of Fortune 500 companies and demonstrated ability in being able to train and mentor existing personnel in this approach
  • Develop a deep understanding of Hexagon MI - our offerings and competitive positioning and play a key role in establishing and nurturing long term partnerships with enterprise and broader Sales leadership teams.
  • Drive new, clear SaaS based initiatives that allow us to become partners with our customers versus being a products group
  • Need to be able to drive a consultative sales approach in the marketplace and have experience in taking existing sales members to the next level of maturity in this approach
  • Need to be capable of representing the total MI solutions and products portfolio as an expert to existing and new customers.
  • Be a critical member of the overall organization’s leadership; influencing our story/value proposition, go-to-market strategy and new solution offerings.
  • Managing a team of highly skilled enterprise sales executives - coaching and challenging them to achieve ambitious goals, while nurturing longer-term career goals.
  • Working with Sales Operations and Inside Sales develop and execute data-driven sales processes (e.g. pipeline management and forecasting discipline).
  • Build strong advocacy with key internal partner teams such as Legal, Pricing, Finance, Marketing and Product to accelerate deal velocity and growth.

Qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience in the Metrology, Metrology Software, and or Engineering Design Software space with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Deep domain expertise in the automotive and aerospace industries
  • Demonstrated experience in selling large and enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS based enterprise software
  • Experience managing and hiring high performing sales professionals, including salespeople who’ve sold to Fortune 500 companies; within the C-Suite of said companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in running a successful P&L
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and influencing key customer decision-makers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; prioritizing individual and sales professional time and customer focus.
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and multi-level decision making structures within a customer organization.
  • Have a consultative selling attitude which means spending time with the customer to intimately understand the business problem(s) the customer is trying to solve, and recommending a specific, tailored solution.
  • You are a self starter; comfortable with defining goals, success factors, and key metrics for programs, and delivering against them.
  • You have the demonstrated ability to be an inspirational leader, including building and maintaining strong team culture and morale.
  • You have strong analytical abilities with a background in planning and managing through data to make business decisions and drive business efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationship
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
