Location: Ede and/or Eindhoven, the Netherlands

Objective:
As a Sales Administrator you will support the local, later maybe as well international sales channels within the Benelux, Nordics, CEE. 40% of the job will be the local sales support for the sheet metal market in the Netherlands, 40% will be more general sales support in the region and the remaining 20% will be office admin, general office and planning tasks and reporting to finance. This job requires a well-organized individual who can multitask and work under pressure. The job consists of a wide variety of tasks so will require good prioritizing capabilities. As the job requires working with a broad range of different people and cultures, good communication skills and being a real team player are essential. This position is as well open for graduates.

Responsibilities:
  • Marketing and sales support and Inside sales activities
  • Contacting clients daily to secure orders for Service Maintenance Agreement/Hardware Maintenance Agreement, focused on meeting or exceeding quota
  • Generating sales proposals, database entry, maintain reports and spreadsheets
  • Processing orders and perform follow up activities required to complete order delivery (i.e. including but not limited to database update, coordinate license file updates, request service, etc.)
  • First point of contact for customers, visitors and customer satisfaction monitoring
  • General office supplies and organization
  • Identifying and organizing analytical information on quarter end results, market trends and competitive threats within a territory
  • Assisting customers with general inquiries and concerns or problems
  • Generating highly qualified sales opportunities for regional sales team by contacting customers on a specific campaign tool
Qualifications:   
  • Commercial education, preferably a bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented education (Sales, Marketing, Administration…)
  • Fluent Dutch and English. Other languages are a plus.
  • Some related experience in sales/account management environment/ customer service
  • Prior experience selling high technology products and services a plus
  • Strong coordination, organization and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently, outstanding telephone manner, follow-through and questioning skills required
  • Confidence, professionalism, strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Superior proven skills with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
  • Experience with ERP systems, PowerPoint or Salesforce.com experience a plus
