Field Marketing Communications Manager UK

As the Field Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for all external communications. You are a self-motivated individual with good communication skills. The candidate should have a few years practical experience with good understanding of B2B marketing communications.
Your key duties will include:
  • To develop and periodically update the integrated 100% lead driven marketing campaigns strategy to up sell and cross-sell to key target audiences and industry sectors, ensuring it is tightly aligned with and designed to support the sales strategy/target. All campaigns should deliver our key messages, USPs and follow brand guidelines.
  • Measure and report on ROI and the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and programs, tracking lead through to conversion (engagement, lead quantity, and generated opportunities).
  • Liase with the digital marketing team to generate impactful activities using advanced marketing automation techniques, using Google advertising and display tools, leveraging organic and paid social media channels.
  • To build events programs by identifying and recommending events to attend that will generate leads and support the sales focus/strategy.
  • To coordinate UK events, liaising with the regional sales & marketing teams, event organisers and stand build company.
  • Manage the local PR programme and through PR raise awareness and position Hexagon as a leader of smart manufacturing throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Liaise with the graphics team for the development of campaign collateral including print and online.
  • Create local landing pages, digital campaigns, collaterals, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case, studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, ads and sales tools with support from the EMEA shared services team, product marketing and sales.
  • Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimise communication methods and technologies to engage with various audiences, particularly as part of fully integrated demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong involvement in the creation and implementation of Social Media strategies and campaigns.
  • There will be regional budget responsibility and active involvement in planning and scheduling; active coordination with colleagues in EMEA to implement best practices & consistent processes.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • From time-to-time undertake additional activities as business needs and marketing objectives require.
