Short description:

Person will support the team by coordinating communication activities. Main task is the full responsibility of localising content by managing translation in up to 15 languages for all marketing tools in EMEA.
The job owner will coordinate and support the creation of localised integrated communications activities such as brochures, flyers, web content and other necessary marcom activities. In addition the job owner has the global responsibility as main administrator of the print on demand tool Gelato.
The job holder reports to the EMEA Marketing & Customer Experience manager.

Tasks in detail:

  • Coordination and support to create marcom tools in local languages for brochures, flyers, special offers, web content, banners, media releases, advertisements etc.
  • Ordering and coordinating of all translations and proof readings inclusive copy/paste work
  • Worldwide supervision and administration (templates, user rights) of print on demand tool ‘Gelato’
  • Ordering print jobs and roll ups
  • Desktop publishing of brochures, flyers, newsletters, case studies etc.
  • Creating and updating presentations
  • Coordination between Global MarCom team, Product Line and Project Managers MarCom EMEA
  • Is daily contact person for the team to execute all marcom needs
  • Leading and/or supporting other EMEA marcom projects 

  • Relevant marketing related studies
  • 1 year of experience
  • Medium level of Adobe InDesign required
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
