Location: remote (with headquarter in Bad Aibling, Bavaria)

Short description:
In this role you will be our interface manager between our customers in the automotive industry as well as our product management und software developer team for autonomous driving simulation applications.

This role reports to the General Manager of Vires.

This position can be based remotely in Germany. The headquarter of Vires is based in Bad Aibling, Bavaria.

Tasks in more detail:

•           Define automotive-grade quality for ADAS/AD simulation based on standards and within automotive
•         Generate a concept based on the above outcome and make continuously sure that “automotive-grade” is integrated into our different products such as VTD and ROD 3D to maximize the usage within automotive industry
•           Continuously align with new automotive industry on new standards and guidelines and potentially drive them forward

Requirements:

•           Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
•           Min. 5 years of professional experience within the automotive industry in the area of ADAS/AD
•           Experience with standards and guidelines within ADAS/AD and automotive software such as Automotive SPICE, FuSa, SoTiF, IATF, CERT C or MISRA, etc.
•           Initial experience with HIL, SIL system architecture, set-up and application
•           Experience with functions and algorithm development/testing for automotive ADAS or autonomous engineering
•           Experience with agile software development
•           Touchpoints with C++ or some programming language
•           Business fluent in English

Beneficial qualification:
•           Experience in the field of driving simulation
•           Knowledge of radar, lidar, camera technology, vehicle controls and/or driver assistant systems
•           Driver’s license
