If it’s high-speed dynamic measurement that’s important to you, the Leica Absolute Tracker AT960 is fundamentally fast. Able to record measurement data at up to 1000 Hz as standard the AT960 is the king of dynamic measurement. Based on the unique Absolute Interferometer, it combines the unrivalled accuracy of the Absolute Distance Meter with the speed of an interferometer to deliver accurate measurement data fast. And when combined with our Real-Time Feature Pack, the AT960 gets even quicker, moving into the realm of 7DoF measurement where truly real-time machine control becomes possible.

And it that case, there are no better solutions than the Leica Absolute Tracker ATS600 and Leica Absolute Scanner LAS-XL. Both are designed to output data for oversized parts and surfaces quickly. The LAS-XL can deliver metrology-grade 3D laser scanning three times as fast as other laser scanners, while the ATS600 is able to deliver an accurate as needed digitisation that would otherwise take an entire day in less than an hour.
