アジア過去最高精度のROMERアブソリュートアームを新発売
ポータブル式アーム型測定機に過去最高精度のアップグレードを発表

測定製造テクノロジーを全世界に提供するHexagon Manufacturing Intelligenceよりポータブル式測定機の最高精度を誇るROMERアブソリュートアームの追加を発表いたします。
このハイエンドモデルの三次元測定機、新しいROMERアブソリュートアーム77シリーズは既存の75シリーズと比較してスキャン精度を約20％、プローブによる接触測定精度を約15％向上させました。
測定範囲は2.5ｍから4.5ｍまで0.5ｍ刻みの計5種ご用意し、77シリーズは操作の簡易性を保ちながらも可能な限りの高精度を実現し、証明された弊社のテクノロジーの全ての特徴を揃えています。ROMERアブソリュートアームは電源オンから測定開始までの時間が素早く、ウォームアップや位置合わせは不要です。またプローブ交換後の再キャリブレーションも不要な為、仕事効率を向上させます。3000Nの吸着力のマグネティックベースが標準付属し、その他マウント用オプションも各種ご用意、厳しい作業現場での使用下でも操作音や感覚的なフィードバックが作業者をサポートします。

73・75シリーズと同様に、77シリーズはヘキサゴンの全てのレーザースキャナー(外付け型スキャナーHP-L-20.8とHP-L-8.9、一体型スキャナーRS3)を使用できます。また全てのアームで接触式プローブの6軸及び高速レーザースキャナーの非接触式7軸を取り揃えました。
