Job title: Application engineer
Location: Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir or Ankara
Short description:
The Applications Engineer will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service levels by providing quality pre and post sales technical support and consultancy.
The Applications Engineer will report to the Application manager in Turkey.
Tasks in more detail:
Delivery of first class customer support and service to the clients
In depth demonstrations and presentations of metrology products especially laser trackers and arms
Discuss technical requirements with local contacts
Pre-sales and services with key companies in the area
Regional travel within Turkey, mostly day trips, is required
Requirements:
A degree in a engineering field (mechanical, automotive or similar)
Minimum first experience with CAD/CAM software (Verisurf, Polyworks, Catia, Edgecam or others)
Experience with PC-DMIS is a plus
Both Turkish and English fluent
Drivers license
