Paolo Guglielmini a rejoint Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence en 2010 et est titulaire d'une maîtrise en ingénierie et d'un MBA. Au préalable, il a travaillé au CERN (Centre Européen de Recherche Nucléaire) et chez Accenture.
Directeur Général des Finances, Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence
David Mills travaille chez Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence depuis 1999. Il possède une maîtrise en sciences économiques et en comptabilité délivrée par l'université de Hull. Il a assumé différentes fonctions dans le domaine des finances chez Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence.

Stefan Ruh a rejoint Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence en 2008. Il est titulaire d'une licence en informatique et d'un diplôme supérieur en génie industriel. Avant de venir chez Hexagon, Stefan Ruh a occupé des fonctions de directeur général dans le secteur de la métallurgie et de la construction automobile.
Executive Vice President – Global Marketing and Sales
Emanuel Viklund joined Hexagon in 2020 from Stampen Media Group. He previously spent a decade at Ericsson, holding multiple leadership positions in marketing, strategy, sales and business development. Emanuel holds an MSc degree in Computer Science from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and an MSc degree in Corporate Finance from Stockholm School of Economics, where he also participated in an exchange with UCLA Andersson in Los Angeles.
Senior Vice President – Global HR
Renée Rädler joined Hexagon in January 2017 as HR Director for the Manufacturing Intelligence division in EMEA before taking the role of SVP - Global HR in 2021. She has more than 20 years’ experience in HR roles at large international companies. Prior to joining Hexagon, Renée was responsible for global post-merger integration at Dormakaba Group.
President – Metrology Devices business unit
Duncan Redgewell was appointed President of the Metrology Devices business unit in 2020, having previously served as Vice President Portable Products. With more than 30 years of experience in the metrology industry, Duncan first took responsibility for Hexagon’s laser tracker business in 2006. In his current role, he is responsible for the ongoing growth, business development and strategic roadmap for Hexagon’s metrology hardware portfolio.
President – Metrology and Production Software business unit
Stephen Graham joined Hexagon in January 2017 as Vice President Marketing and is based in Cobham, UK. He has been leading the Metrology and Production Software business unit since 2020. Prior to joining Hexagon he worked in marketing positions for over 25 years in the technology industry, most recently for Qualcomm Inc., a major supplier of semiconductors for the mobile phone, consumer electronics and automotive industries.
President – Design and Engineering Software business unit
Cofounder of e-Xstream engineering, Roger Assaker joined Manufacturing Intelligence with the acquisition of MSC Software in 2017 and has been leading the Design and Engineering business unit since 2020. Roger holds a PhD and MS in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA in International Business. As well as growing e-Xstream engineering to be the world leader in advanced composite modelling, he is the Vice Chairman of NAFEMS Composite Working Group and active member of other technical material associations.
Executive Vice President – SFx business unit
Hendrik Schafstall has been leading the SFx business unit since 2020. In 1995 he cofounded the FEMUTEC engineering firm which became Simufact Engineering GmbH. Prior to the company’s founding, he was employed as a research associate at the Helmut-Schmidt-University of Hamburg. Previously, he was a mechanical engineering student at the Leibniz University of Hannover and received a diploma as a graduate engineer. Hendrik joined Manufacturing Intelligence in 2017 with the acquisition of MSC Software.
President, North and Central America region
Paul Rogers joined Hexagon as President, North and Central America region in 2021. Before joining Hexagon, Paul was CEO of EnergyBot, a joint venture by Vistra and Boston Consulting Group designed to introduce a cutting-edge digital marketplace to the energy broker market. Prior to this, he spent over 17 years at General Electric in a variety of global senior leadership roles in the energy, digital and cybersecurity divisions. Paul started his career as founder/CTO of Praxis Engineers, a Silicon Valley company providing software to optimise coal-fired power plants, and he also has experience of SaaS in the cybersecurity space from his tenure as CEO of Wurldtech.

Bernhard Fink a rejoint Hexagon en avril 2018 en tant que CFO pour l'organisation Métrologie EMEA. En 2020, il est devenu CFO de la division Manufacturing Intelligence pour la zone EMEA. Il dirige actuellement l'organisation EMEA par intérim en plus de ces fonctions. Bernhard possède une licence en gestion d'entreprise et a occupé des postes de directeur des finances dans le secteur de la métallurgie, de la construction automobile et des matériaux composites avant de venir chez Hexagon.

Hao Jian has been with Hexagon since 2001. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering. Hao Jian has more than 20 years of experience in the metrology industry and has obtained a number of patents. He has served in a variety of senior management positions and currently leads the Manufacturing Intelligence organisation in China with a focus on continuing our long-term and stable growth in the region.
