Description:  

The Sales Enablement Manager will help implement Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence growth strategy. This role will drive Sales Enablement strategy with Sales Leadership, manage high performing projects, build trusted advisor relationships, create new sales enablement opportunities, and help develop sales enablement engagements. 


Responsibilities:
  • Support to go market sales strategy by creating a learning culture by delivering:
    • Sales content strategy, development, delivery, and management
    • Sales process and playbook development
    • Digital sales tools and experiences
  • Design and deliver sales insights and analytics
  • Support territory planning
    • Help identify territory, industry specific and account opportunities 
    • Support channel partner sales enablement activities
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to deliver training to large groups
  • Well-hone written, verbal and interpersonal skills with strong emotional IQ
  • 5-7+ years of relevant business experience in either B2B product marketing, B2B sales, B2B sales enablement
  • Experience in sales insights/analytics, content strategy/management, process/plays, territory planning and digital tools/experiences
  • A confirmed ability to develop and maintain senior management relationships
  • A track record of effectively managing initiatives and project teams
