Sixth Sense is an open innovation platform where start-ups seeking scale can connect with world-class companies to solve some of humanity’s biggest challenges.

We’re combining resources and expertise to take start-ups’ advanced tech and products from minimum viable product to global commercialisation. Our ambition is to turn pressing global issues into transformative solutions, inviting innovation, ideas and inspiration to enable an autonomous future for the benefit of everyone. 

How it will work


Launched on 18th January 2022, Sixth Sense will take proposals from start-ups addressing Industry 4.0 innovation areas, including sustainability, Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, sensors and robotics. Each proposal will be selected based on what Hexagon has identified as a pressing need along with our global customer base.

We are inviting proposals from start-ups that answer these challenges and have scale potential. Participating companies will have an opportunity to collaborate with us, sharing technology, data, and insights.  
 
Sixth Sense will set two or more challenges each year. The first themed challenge focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for sustainable Smart Manufacturing encompasses all these areas.
