Customer Relations Sales Coordinator

Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Customer Relations Sales Coordinator for our North Kingstown, RI location.

Description:

The Customer Relations Sales Coordinator aids with administrative and clerical support to the sales team. Assists with a variety of sales activities including order input, meeting scheduling, maintenance of sales literature inventory, and customer service regarding products and pricing. Assists with generating and distributing reports regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the CRG team’s day-to-day operations
• Provides customer service to ensure a positive experience
• Assists with generating proposals, creating templates, and collecting account data
• Provides support with organizing analytics
• Assists with database entry/maintenance
• Contact customers by phone to gather and verify information
• Assist with quarterly sales campaign materials
• Coordinate and interface with other departments
• Provides support with maintaining reports and spreadsheets
• Gathering information and communicates it in a clear concise manner with others
• Learns from and studies experienced Customer Relations Group Coordinators techniques and work
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning skills
• Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
• Experience managing databases
• Experience with Salesforce.com desirable
• Experience with ERP systems, BPCS or LX desirable
• Works under close direction as well as in a team environment

Education and/or Experience

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 0 – 2 years related discipline
