Paolo Guglielmini wechselte im Jahr 2010 zu Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Er besitzt einen Masterabschluss in Maschinenbau und hat ein MBA-Studium absolviert. Zuvor war Guglielmini in unterschiedlichen Positionen bei der Europäischen Organisation für Kernforschung (CERN) und Accenture tätig.
David Mills ist bereits seit 1999 für Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence tätig. Er hat ein Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaft und Rechnungswesen an der Universität Hull in Großbritannien absolviert. Anschließend erfüllte er bei Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence unterschiedliche Aufgaben im Finanzwesen, bevor er seine heutige Funktion übernahm.
Stefan Ruh wechselte im Jahr 2008 zu Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. Er hat ein Bachelorstudium der Informatik absolviert und besitzt einen postgradualen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Vor seiner Tätigkeit bei Hexagon, bekleidete Ruh mehrere leitende Positionen in der Metallverarbeitungs- und Automobilindustrie.
Parth Joshi joined Hexagon in September 2021 as Chief Product and Technology Officer (CP&TO). He is responsible for Manufacturing Intelligence’s product and technology organisations and leads the Design and Engineering, Metrology and Production Software, and Metrology Devices business units, as well as Volume Graphics.
Prior to Hexagon, he was a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) North America, with a focus on smart buildings, homes and cities. Prior to that, he also spent more than 20 years at Cisco, Eaton and Technicolor in various progressing executive roles leading product, technology and operations organisations for connected hardware and software businesses.
Emanuel Viklund joined Hexagon in 2020 from Stampen Media Group. He previously spent a decade at Ericsson, holding multiple leadership positions in marketing, strategy, sales and business development. Emanuel holds an MSc degree in Computer Science from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and an MSc degree in Corporate Finance from Stockholm School of Economics, where he also participated in an exchange with UCLA Andersson in Los Angeles.
Renée Rädler joined Hexagon in January 2017 as HR Director for the Manufacturing Intelligence division in EMEA before taking the role of EVP - Global HR in 2021. She has more than 20 years’ experience in HR roles at large international companies. Prior to joining Hexagon, Renée was responsible for global post-merger integration at Dormakaba Group.
Duncan Redgewell currently serves as Senior Advisor – Metrology Devices. With more than 30 years of experience in the metrology industry, Duncan first took responsibility for Hexagon’s laser tracker business in 2006 and went on to lead the portable metrology product line before serving as President of the Metrology Devices business unit. In his current role, he is responsible for the ongoing growth, business development and strategic roadmap for Hexagon’s metrology hardware portfolio.
Paul Rogers joined Hexagon as President, North, Central & South America region in 2021. Before joining Hexagon, Paul was CEO of EnergyBot, a joint venture by Vistra and Boston Consulting Group designed to introduce a cutting-edge digital marketplace to the energy broker market. Prior to this, he spent over 17 years at General Electric in a variety of global senior leadership roles in the energy, digital and cybersecurity divisions. Paul started his career as founder/CTO of Praxis Engineers, a Silicon Valley company providing software to optimise coal-fired power plants, and he also has experience of SaaS in the cybersecurity space from his tenure as CEO of Wurldtech.
Stephen Chadwick joined Hexagon in 2021 as VP Global Industry Practice and was appointed President, EMEA region in February 2022. Following a 15-year career in the Royal Navy, Stephen held senior positions at British Telecom, EMC and Dassault Systemes. He is an award-winning IT strategist, chairman of the Defence Information Systems Council and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Bath.
Hao Jian has been with Hexagon since 2001. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering. Hao Jian has more than 20 years of experience in the metrology industry and has obtained a number of patents. He has served in a variety of senior management positions and currently leads the Manufacturing Intelligence organisation in China with a focus on continuing our long-term and stable growth in the region.
