Quality Drives Productivity at Control 2016
Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Brings Vision of Data-Driven Production to Life at Stuttgart Event23 March 2016
Now into its thirtieth year, Control brings together quality assurance technology users from all over the world to explore the latest trends and industry development. This year’s show focuses on how quality makes the difference, a theme that resonates strongly with the philosophy behind Hexagon’s rebrand.
“Product quality is and always will remain a key priority for manufacturing businesses,” said John Paulsen, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. “But productivity is very often the differentiator between success and failure. We believe that every technology we produce should help customers to accelerate productivity in their factories by enabling them to work with speed and confidence. At Control we will demonstrate how our solutions are helping to build data-driven processes where quality drives productivity.”
Hexagon’s stand at Control will feature four application islands, showing systems from the company’s broad portfolio of metrology equipment and manufacturing solutions working in their functional environments. From stationary coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) to portable measuring arms and laser trackers, vision and multisensor devices to white light systems, hand tools and gauges to sensors and software, the entire Hexagon range will be represented, allowing visitors to the stand to get hands on with the latest technology and see how industrial measurement has moved beyond quality checking and towards quality-informed processes.
Control 2016 runs from 26 to 29 April at Landesmesse Stuttgart in Germany. To see how quality drives productivity, visit Hexagon on Stand 5302 in Hall 5.
