Our Quality Assurance Team is reporting directly to the General Manager and acting as a transverse function. We are currently looking for a Quality Analyst willing to actively contribute to our growth and success. You will manage and develop activities relating to the quality of metrology products and report to the Quality Manager.

Activities
  • Have the focus on customer satisfaction
  • Be the reference inside our company to assess the quality of our finished products
  • Challenge every day what we do. Improve and target best quality standards
  • Assist to manage the full ISO and other business standards / directives (RoHS, REACH, etc…)
  • Work with R&D, sales, production, and product line for new product developments
  • Report to the Quality Manager with costs, results, and improvements
  • Be a strong cross functional part of the local Quality team


Your profile:
  • Bachelor (HES) in one of Mechanical Engineering / Microengineering / Electronic Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Extensive understanding of the metrology field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Communicative and collaborative attitude
  • Proactive and able to identify and support all type of improvement plans
  • Operational excellence orientation
  • Excellent skills for usual IT tools
  • Advanced knowledge of French and English
Type of contract: Indefinite term
