HR and Finance Assistant

Le/la titulaire de ce poste sera principalement chargé(e) des tâches suivantes :

50% Finance
  • Comptabilisation des salaires et suivi des informations transmises par le prestataire externe
  • Réconciliation des comptes de salaires et charges sociales
  • Enregistrement des écritures de provision de fin de mois concernant les salaires
  • Transmission des informations des comptes de payroll lors des audits comptables
  • Gestion de l’Headcount Reporting pour le groupe
  • Support au reste de l’équipe Finance dans diverses tâches comptables, selon les besoins du département
50% RH
  • Traitement des données relatives au personnel (données personnelles, allocations familiales., assurances sociales, LPP, etc.)   
  • Saisie des données personnelles (entrées, sorties) et contrôle des données dans notre ERP RH (Sage) en collaboration avec notre prestataire salaire externe (Trianon)
  • Suivi administratif des absences maladies/accidents
  • Etablissement de divers documents administratifs (attestations chômage / gain intermédiaire / déclaration de salaire et perte de gain militaire, institutions sociales, impôts à la source, etc.) 
  • Support périodique dans la gestion des absences (Kelio)
Votre profil :
  • CFC d'employé-e de commerce avec une spécialisation en comptabilité
  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, gestion des salaires, assurances sociales (en milieu industriel, un atout)
  • Très forte orientation aux détails et aux chiffres
  • Capacité à traiter un volume de travail important et à gérer des tâches multiples
  • Consciencieux-se, rigoureux-se, structuré-e et orienté-e client/service
  • A l’aise avec les outils informatiques (ERP, MSOffice)

Prior to the expiration of that 12 month period you will be notified of the impending deletion and you will be given a choice to remain on our database for a further 12 months. At any time during the recruitment process you can request your data to be deleted from our database. You are always able to apply to any position advertised by Hexagon once more.
