Short description:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Manager within the System Dynamics Centre of Excellence, to scale and develop our growing software and solutions capability in collaboration with our global sales organisation.
Reporting directly to the Sales Enablement Director, you will work closely with teams including; Business Development, Product Management and Engineering to deliver resources, support and knowledge throughout Hexagon’s sales network and direct to customers.

We offer hybrid working arrangements, working part of the week from home, part of the week from our office in Nottingham. The role requires some travelling, both domestic and international, around 15% of the time.

Tasks in detail:
  • Leading sales enablement activity, building and delivering high quality sales enablement material that empowers our sales team to be successful.
  • Demonstrate key capability and value of our Romax and ADAMS simulation products across Hexagon’s field teams and customers.
  • Building relationships with and knowledge of other Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence products, identify future software analysis workflows through design, manufacture and into service to promote cross selling and improved toolchains.
  • Provide market feedback, represent the customer needs and capture competitive intelligence related to System Dynamics products to influence the roadmap.
  • Support Product Management & field marketing to ensure visibility of System Dynamic products in marketing campaigns & events.
  • Utilise business data to analyse and track success, identify initiatives to level up business performance globally.
  • Be familiar with software product roadmaps; supporting Product Management with effective communication of new software capabilities to customers.
Requirements:
  • 3 – 4 years of experience working with CAE related products (simulation and analysis softwares).
  • Demonstrated leadership of delivering Go to Market initiatives for CAE related products.
  • Experience in customer-facing sales or technical sales roles.
  • Able to build and lead dynamic teams and navigate within matrixed organizations.
  • Collaborating with other individuals and teams.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of electro / mech drivetrain development and simulation.
  • Organization and project management skills.
  • Analytical methods and software application skills.
  • C-Level selling/influencing experience.
