L’ingénieur d’application & Avant-Ventes assure l’implémentation logiciels et l’accompagnement du client sur les aspects techniques une fois la commande de licence ou service passée et sur l’ensemble de la période durant laquelle le client est sous contrat de maintenance.Il assure les présentations logiciels en accord avec les besoins des prospects.

1. Missions de support Technique
  • Réaliser les formations aux logiciels vendus auprès des clients soit sur notre site soit directement chez le client.
  • Assurer une assistante techniques personnalisée sur site client et répond à l’ensemble des demandes hotline aux clients à distance.
  • Développer les post processeurs et applicatifs spécifiques, réaliser des essais et validation sur les sites clients.
  • Suivre la maintenance des post processeurs et applicatifs spécifiques.
  • Réaliser des fiches d’interventions
  • Analyser et remonter les problèmes, bug, et demandes d’améliorations rencontrées par le client aux équipes produit et R&D.
  • Tester des nouvelles versions en amont de leur sortie. 

2. Missions d'avant-vente :
  • Comprendre et cibler les besoins des clients pour déterminer les applications à mettre en place.
  • Recueillir des informations nécessaires à la réalisation des démonstrations.
  • Préparer les démonstrations et « benches » si nécessaire
  • En binôme avec l’ingénieur commercial, effectuer les démonstrations auprès du client.
  • Assister et réaliser des supports pour le marketing/communication et participer aux salons professionnels.
  • Conseiller et ajuster le cahier des charges avec le client en fonction de son besoin.
  • Déterminer et ajuste le contenu de la formation en fonction du besoin client

It is our policy to retain your details for 12 months during which your candidacy will be assessed against other potential opportunities. Prior to the expiration of that 12 month period you will be notified of the impending deletion and you will be given a choice to remain on our database for a further 12 months. At any time during the recruitment process you can request your data to be deleted from our database. You are always able to apply to any position advertised by Hexagon once more.
