Job Title:  Facility and Service Administrator
Location: Chippenham

This person you will be responsible for supporting the organisation in a variety of ways including communications, scheduling, data entry, services administration and much more, expecting to be in regular contact with customers coordinating engineers to visit site or deliver training courses.
You will work with various teams, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning accordingly.

Main Tasks:
  • Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Handling external or internal communication for customer paid services within our internal management systems
  • Management of office equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Good use of MS Office (outlook, word, excel..)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactiveness
