Hexagon's Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Technical Program Manager.  The ideal candidate will be in Oakville, Canada, Chicago, Atlanta, or Detroit.

Description: 
The Technical Program Manager will provide leadership and management on Experience Design/UI/UX projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversees all aspects of the project including backlog management, resource allocation, schedule, cost, etc.
  • Implements and follows R&D procedures and project processes, reporting on the performance and initiating improvements
  • Works closely with global and cross-functional teams within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence Division.
  • Supports definition of a successful technology vision and product development strategy
  • Works closely with product management to prioritize features and manage schedules
  • Coordinates with external technology and design partners to reduce time to market, optimize product cost structure and maximize performance of existing product technologies
  • Runs projects in an efficient and effective way to ensure that products are delivered on time, fulfilling requirements with the required quality while also keeping within the budgeted costs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of R&D project management experience, preferably in the XD/Design space
  • Experienced in leading teams using Agile methodologies, Scrum and SAFe preferred
  • Very good team leadership skills with a proven background of working together with an international team and staff at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with multi-functional team members
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and strong work ethics
  • Ability to work independently and yet be fully accountable
  • Strong sense of urgency, responsibility, and accountability
  • Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro (or other collaboration tools)
  • Figma experience a plus
