Job description

You will be part of our growing PMO team within Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence division, supporting our Business Application teams, superficially our CRM teams.
The teams consists out of multidisciplinary engineers working remotely in various locations, mostly in EMEA, though some are based in other regions of the world. We believe in a self-sufficient work mentality aided by applying Agile methodology and a constant contribution towards team improvement.

About you

You have an integrative way of working, where you want to establish a smooth agile/iterative process of collaboration and task management. Your mindset is towards people interaction and improvements, while your toolset consists of a love of data and continuous feedback. You have experience as a Scrum Master, knowing it is as important to apply past (or established) learnings/ways of working, as it is to listen to your gut.


  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master. Ideally some experience with more than two Scrum teams working on one product in a virtual environment.
  • Practical experience in the areas of coaching, mediation and/or moderation as well as clear communication skills.
  • Ability to detect/facilitate any improvements for inter-human relationships.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Experience with project management methods and tools, combined with the openness to critically question what has been learned and to adapt it to the Scrum Framework
  • Establish team dynamics, culture and mindset to create a relentless improvement and establish a high performing team.
  • Remove impediments to the team and team’s delivery and protect the team from non-value-add interference, interruptions or distractions.
  • Enable the teams progress towards the team/sprint goals.
  • Facilitate the Scrum or Kanban events.
  • Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverables (DOR, DOD)
  • Facilitation of a healthy relationship between the team and product owner
  • Support the Product Owner to manage the backlog.

  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, ServiceMax and other Salesforce ISV/ pluggins
  • Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems
  • Experience with Safe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology
