Short description:

Reporting into the Integration Lead, the Integration Specialist works within a team of specialists to assess, design and deliver changes to the existing integrations in addition to delivering new requirements. 
They will take the technical lead in integrating multiple applications across the systems landscape which includes SalesForce, Oracle CPQ, ServiceMax and our ERP using the Dell Boomi integration platform. They will deliver performant and fault tolerant solutions, effectively documented and deployed.


Tasks in detail:
 
  • Collaborating with various cross functional teams and projects to define and determine integration requirements
  • Architect, develop, and implement solutions
  • Drive the organisation to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics
  • Evaluate existing components and systems to determine integration requirements
  • Monitor emerging technologies and plan for growth and long term success of the integration
  • Monitors and reports on progress in completing engagements and accomplishing goals
  • Manages the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects
  • Ensure that the final solutions meet organisational needs.


Requirements:
 
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines at once.
  • Min. 3 years years of a experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Boomi essential. Experience in ION favourable.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Master Data Hub implementation is ideal
  • Knowledge of Integration with Salesforce/Oracle CPQ is useful
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
