Main tasks:

Office administration:

Scheduling, coordinating and tracking all office activities
Travel management (booking hotels, transfers, visas, meeting rooms)
Organization of meetings and events
Ensure back-office workflow, e.g. stock of drinks, cleaning tools, office stationery
Manage ID cards and keys, access to parking slots
Create guidelines and policies where needed

HR:

Onboarding and Introduction of new employees
Benefits Administration
Monthly Attendance administration
General HR administration - keeping internal HR information system and contracts up to date
Event management – team buildings, Christmas parties and other
Participation in audits
Trainings management
Promotion and support to company initiatives - performance and development reviews, surveys,...
Communication and announcements
Off-boarding of employees

Requirements:

Commercial education background
Fluent Czech and very good English (spoken and written) are a must
Good organizational skills
Ability to switch between routine and creative tasks
Team player with good communication skills, the ease with working cross-culturally
High level of service orientation
Proactive, flexible and reliable

It is our policy to retain your details for 12 months during which your candidacy will be assessed against other potential opportunities. Prior to the expiration of that 12 month period you will be notified of the impending deletion and you will be given a choice to remain on our database for a further 12 months. At any time during the recruitment process you can request your data to be deleted from our database. You are always able to apply to any position advertised by Hexagon once more.

Note: in some countries we are legally obliged to keep your information for a longer period to comply with governmental reporting. In these cases we will be unable to delete your full details from our records.
