Short description:

The Global Marketing Copywriter provides a content generation service to stakeholders throughout the business as part of the Global Marcom Content team. This will include consultation to agree the strategy and subsequent delivery of approved content, providing guidance on corporate messaging, content strategy and editorial standards and works with stakeholders from across the business to create effective and brand appropriate materials.

The Global Marketing Copywriter will report to Global Marketing Communications Manager.

Tasks in more detail:
  • Production of promotional and marketing materials for products and services, including brochures, case studies, newsletters, web content, blogs, and trade show marketing
  • Ensuring that technical concepts are suitable for the audience and accessible to the reader
  • Collaborating with regional teams to ensure consistency of message and tone in local materials
  • Working closely with other global marketing functions to deliver global marketing initiatives
  • Working with product teams to support product promotional activities
  • Working with segment marketing teams to support industry-specific marketing activities in alignment with segmentation strategy
  • Staying up-to-date on content and communications best practices

  • At least 3 years of experience of professional written work and a portfolio demonstrating the ability to convey complex and technical messages clearly
  • Full Professional or Native level of English
  • Demonstrable experience of working with subject matter experts to capture information and communicate it effectively
  • Highly-motivated and adaptable personality with a work ethic that produces precise results in a deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to work independently, particularly on research-based tasks
  • Willingness to travel; some international travel may be required
