Job title: Product Manager Automation & Integration

Location: Preferably based in Germany or any other European country

Short description:

The Product Manager Automation & Integration will be responsible for the strategic Product Management for CMM automation & integration business. They will support the global R&D team in projects as acting Product Manager.

The Product Manager Automation & Integration will report to the Product Director Controller, Integration & Automation.

Tasks in more detail:
  • Development and execution of new business models
  • Definition and Requirement Engineering for new and existing automation products together with the Technical Product Manager
  • Support the Product Director in strategic portfolio management (e.g. road mapping of, phase out of components, competitors benchmarks)
  • Review and align Product Line business unit goals and road maps
  • Identify business requirements on a global basis by conducting competitive analysis / market researches supported by ongoing visits to customers and partners (travel 40-50% of working time)

  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Product Management or similar
  • At least 3-5 years as Product Manager for Automation, Robotics, Machine Tools or similar
  • Fluent English is required, additional skills in German, Spanish or Italian preferred
  • Able to gather markets requirements and prioritise on a global level
  • Project Management and decision-making skills 
  • Team player that can work effectively within a complex matrix organisation 
  • Strong self-starter comfortable in ambiguous situations and open to new challenges

At any time during the recruitment process you can request your data to be deleted from our database. You are always able to apply to any position advertised by Hexagon once more.
