Short description: 

The Global Content Programmes Lead will be responsible for providing content authority and driving best practice governance within the division, guiding stakeholders requiring content support and proactively driving content programmes aligned to business priorities and strategies. 

The Global Content Programmes Lead will report to the Global Marketing Communications Manager

The main stakeholders will be the Global Marcom Content team, digital, branding and PR functional teams, product, segment, and regional marketing teams as well as remote non-subordinate stakeholders and contributors around the world. 


Tasks in more detail: 

  • Designing content programmes and contributing to overall content strategy planning and execution 
  • Identifying relevant content themes; proactively planning and implementing content activities in support of business objectives 
  • Providing consultation to stakeholders  
  • Working on global marketing initiatives 
  • Supporting industry-specific marketing activities, developing audience-focused, targeted content in alignment with segment strategy 
  • Supporting process and governance design and documentation, maintaining high standards in content and communications, and promoting best practice company-wide 



  • At least 5 years experience in content generation for B2B marketing communications  
  • Demonstrable knowledge of programme design around content, product, segment and digital marketing strategies and tactics  
  • Proven experience of professional written work and a portfolio demonstrating knowledge of complex technical marketing content  
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and subject matter experts internationally to support content marketing activities  
  • The ability to manage non-subordinate stakeholders and drive collaborative group decisions  
  • Full professional level of English  
  • Willingness to travel; some international travel may be required
