I joined Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division in June 2002. At that time, I had worked in radio for 15 years and I was looking for a new career. It’s a very different line of work, but over the years Hexagon has provided a fulfilling career and an atmosphere that allows me to bring ideas to the table.

My favourite thing about my role with Hexagon is being a trusted problem solver. My time is primarily focused on working with our customer service team to ensure that they have what they need to support our customers and help them grow as professionals. I also assist the team to help customers overcome any obstacles that they face so they can be more productive.

It’s always engaging work because we don’t apply a cookie cutter approach to serving our internal and external customers. This means it’s important to stay fluid and agile as things are constantly changing.
